The price for services is set in CZK and payments will be accepted only in CZK including VAT to the bank account held with Česká spořitelna Třeboň in CZK: account No.: 0602508389 / 0800

(hereinafter referred to as the supplier)

(hereinafter referred to as the client)

I. Subject

  1. The subject is the provision of accommodation capacity on an “AD HOC” basis at agreed prices, provision of catering and other services by Hotel Zlatá hvězda Třeboň.
  2. All requests for any services shall be notified by the client to the supplier in writing (e-mail). If a request is agreed verbally – by telephone or in person, it becomes binding for both parties only once it is confirmed in writing (e-mail).

II. Payment terms

  1. The supplier shall invoice the agreed and provided services to the client within three working days after the departure of the guest or group.
  2. The supplier is obliged to attach to the invoice a copy of the order, voucher and, in the case of using catering services, also a consumption list.
  3. The client undertakes to make timely payments of issued invoices so that the relevant amount is credited to the supplier’s account no later than 15 days from the date of issue of the invoice.
  4. In case of non-compliance with the invoice due date, the supplier may charge the client a late payment interest of 0.1% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay.
  5. The supplier reserves the right to adjust the price of services in the event of a change in the statutory VAT rate.
  6. Requested luggage transport (from bus to hotel) will be charged according to the current rate – CZK 100 per person.

III. Cancellation terms

  1. Cancellation fees are linked to capacities or services that were not cancelled (withdrawn) within the specified deadlines.

  2. Individuals:

    • 50% of the total booking price if cancelled 16–30 days before arrival
    • 80% of the total booking price if cancelled 7–15 days before arrival
    • 100% of the total booking price if cancelled 0–6 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure

    Groups:

    • 20% of the total booking price if cancelled 31–60 days before arrival
    • 50% of the total booking price if cancelled 16–30 days before arrival
    • 80% of the total booking price if cancelled 7–15 days before arrival
    • 100% of the total booking price if cancelled 0–6 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure
  3. The stated prices of Hotel Zlatá hvězda Třeboň services include value added tax at the rate valid on the date of signing this agreement. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, Adria – Neptun, spol. s r.o. reserves the right to adjust the stated prices up to the amount of the tax change.

V. According to the Consumer Protection Act

  1. In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court dispute resolution, which is:
